It’s never too late to learn to swim! We provide the perfect setting here at Seven Sisters Pool with its warm, inviting water and peaceful ambience.  Very small classes led by a fully qualified teacher. Virginia is extremely experienced in this field and you will really benefit from the small classes.
You may just need a ‘Confidence Booster’? These are also offered by Virginia.

How about making an hours’ swim part of your exercise routine? Come rain or shine we offer an hours’ swim for over 18’s. Full changing facilities and a 25ft heated indoor pool in which to enjoy! No crowds/people jumping in - a total of 4 swimmers at one time ensures the peace and quiet our regular swimmers have come to love. £10 per session - including 15 minutes changing time. 

Gentle aqua yoga exercises to strengthen and tone. Suitable for all ages, and also ideal for pre and post op. No swimming or yoga experience necessary. Classes are suitable for those coping with chronic long term conditions such as Fibromyalgia, MS, Osteoperosis and Arthritis.
