Under 18’s are very welcome to use the pool only if participating in a instructor led swimming class. We do not allow children to use the pool as a booked ‘swimming session’.

Our pool is approx. 25ft long . The shallow end is approximately 3ft - the deep end is approximately 6ft.  We take safety very seriously and do not allow diving or jumping  in.

We are  aware that people of all ages can have a wide range of physical difficulties. We have relatively easy/ flat access through the garden into the pool building with a low step threshold . There are  ‘Roman’ style steps to gain entry to the water, along with a sturdy grab bar for extra stability.  We do not offer a hoist.
You’ll be fascinated to know that the eldest  swimmer here at Seven Sister’s Pool is in their mid 90’s! Goes to show you are never too old to swim! 

We do indeed offer swimming classes for children - aged 3-11 years. We have a wonderful, experienced instructor who specialises in small classes. Coupled with the peaceful ambience of the pool and calm environment it really does make for perfect lessons.

We are thrilled to be able to offer Adult Swimming Classes! It has been our goal this year to offer this to our community of Seaford.

Our instructor, Virginia is highly experienced and holds small classes. Coupled with the very relaxing ambience of the pool and quiet surroundings it provides the very best in swimming classes. No one splashing/jumping in around you here!

Our facilities are cleaned very regularly. It is important for everyone to be able to enjoy their swim/class in pleasant, hygienic and safe surroundings.
The pool water is tested three times a day and duly acted upon and logged for legal purposes. The pool is kept clean with the addition of a UV Filter which assists in this process. Every week we have a ‘deep clean’ where the pool is thoroughly vacuumed and surrounds cleaned. In addition to this we have an outside company who provide a deep clean and to ensure the water is as pure as it should be, a sample is taken monthly and sent off for analysis. We are proud of our 100% record

We do not hire out the pool for any type of party.No food or alcohol is allowed on the premises.
We do not hire the pool to under 18’s .Children are only permitted to use the pool as part of an instructor led swimming class. 

We are very keen on promoting the benefits of water exercise and physio here at Seven Sisters Pool.
We already have a number of people who use the pool for their physio set exercise who really appreciate the benefits.Please contact us for hire rates. 

We aim to offer the pool to everyone over 3 years of age. With a number of customers with varying needs it is wonderful to see just how much they can benefit from their time in the water. Unfortunately, we do not have a hoist. Wheelchair access is reasonable. Our pool is ideal for those who struggle with sensory overload as it is quiet and peaceful without others making a noise/jumping in etc. Often swimming public pools can be very noisy places which can result in a very negative experience. 

We have a number of customers who live in local residential homes who come along regularly with carers.
For safety and insurance reasons we ask if you contact us to chat things over.  We do not have a hoist.

For one hour (including 15 minutes changing time) it is £10per person. A maximum of 4 people at one time ( you do not have to be a group of 4) - you may find yourself swimming with just one or two others, or on your own!  Should you wish to hire the pool for exclusive use for an hour for yourself/up to 4 the cost is £40 per hour.

We very much hope to offer baby swimming again for little ones under 3 years. We appreciate that for many who have used our pool in the past would welcome returning. We know that cleanliness, changing facilities coupled with a welcoming environment is something appreciated here at Seven Sister’s Pool -  Do let us know if you are interested in baby swimming classes here. We are indeed a community led private pool and want to encourage all members of our community in Seaford to be able to swim for pleasure and health. For many, returning to a swimming pool following major illness/health challenges is an enormous step. We are committed to help ease that transition wherever possible.
With that in mind, for our charity this year, we have partnered with Colostomy UK (colostomyuk.org) a charity who supports and empowers people living with stoma. We aim to help raise funds for this charity for the remainder of the year and to help awareness in the community.  colostomyuk.org
